welcome, come on in

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · Minty · code BL-2375

A welcoming home is one that always smells fresh for guests. Icy peppermint opens the show, lemon brings brightness, and rosemary and geranium follow with herbs and green rose. The living room or the entry hall is the ideal spot. Turn on the diffuser 20 minutes before guests arrive; on cold days, use less peppermint so the welcome feels warmer.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use welcome, come on in in a diffuser?
Add Peppermint 3 · Lemon 2 · Rosemary 1 · Geranium 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of peppermint?
Swap peppermint for spearmint — same minty family. The blend will shift a little: spearmint is sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum.
When is the best time to use welcome, come on in?
Use it after cooking or cleaning, in the bathroom, near the shoe cabinet, or in rooms shared with pets.
