Blend recipes · Easy breathing
The weekend is the time to spoil yourself with a salt bath. Eucalyptus radiata leads, soft and cool, tea tree adds a clean green note, gentle lavender holds the middle, and peppermint finishes with a cool touch. This is a ready-mix batch; each time, take 5 drops and mix them well into a handful of bath salts before adding to the water. Soak for 20 minutes with some soft music, and that's all you need.

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
