Blend recipes · Easy breathing
A warm chest and easy sleep, simple as that. Eucalyptus opens clear and cool, rosemary and thyme build a herbal layer that's green and warm-spicy, and frankincense keeps things cozy underneath with a deep resin base. On chilly nights, run the diffuser in the bedroom for 30 minutes before bedtime. Put on something warm and sip a little warm water to complete the ritual.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
