Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Breathe evenly like a zen monk, slow and deep. Thyme and eucalyptus balance each other, warm spicy herbs and clear coolness, lemon brightens, and rosemary adds a green layer. A meditation corner, a yoga room or a quiet morning is where this scent belongs. The ready-mix bottle is fairly strong, so use 5 drops per session, paired with 4–4–4 box breathing.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
