up early for the interview

3 oils · Citrus · Resinous & sweet · code BL-1204

Up early for an interview, shirt already ironed the night before. Three drops of frankincense lay a steady, warm resin base, two drops of sweet orange add cheerful freshness to calm the jitters, and one drop of lemongrass brings an alert, fresh tang. Great for the bedroom while you get ready. Read through your key points once, breathe deeply, and leave home ten minutes earlier than planned.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); lemongrass (fresh, green and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Safety

Skin irritant

FAQ

How do I use up early for the interview in a diffuser?
Add Frankincense 3 · Sweet Orange 2 · Lemongrass 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of frankincense?
Swap frankincense for vanilla or myrrh — same resinous & sweet family. The blend will shift a little: vanilla is creamy, sweet and cozy.
When is the best time to use up early for the interview?
Best in the morning, early afternoon, or right after a nap; avoid using it close to bedtime.
