Green leaves on warm pine resin; breathing slows without you noticing.
Settling in to meditate, no rush: fresh green lemon leaf on a warm pine resin base, and a single drop of frankincense that slows your breathing before you even notice. A rustic, understated scent, great for a meditation corner, a yoga room or the balcony early in the morning. Start the diffuser five minutes before you sit, and count your breaths from one to ten.

On opening. Lemon leaf (green, slightly bitter and very fresh) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
