Spearmint opens sweet and cool, lavender follows soft and soothing, and eucalyptus radiata and tea tree close airy and green-clean. A pleasant scent for the room of someone just back from too much sun. Good for the bedroom on summer evenings. Use it only in a diffuser, never on skin that feels raw; if your skin blisters, check with a doctor.

On opening. Spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum); eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
