too full, lying down a sec

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · code BL-0364

Stuffed full, and all you want is to lie down for a bit. Roman chamomile leads sweet and gentle, lavender and sweet orange come in equal measure, clean and juicy, and one drop of fennel adds a slightly sweet herbal note like aromatic seeds. The scent is light and pleasant, perfect for the living room after a meal. Turn on the diffuser to tone down any cooking smells still lingering in the house.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); fennel (sweet and herbal with a little anise) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use too full, lying down a sec in a diffuser?
Add Roman Chamomile 3 · Lavender 2 · Sweet Orange 2 · Fennel 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of Roman chamomile?
Swap Roman chamomile for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use too full, lying down a sec?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
