Blend recipes · Fresh air & odor control
A tidy room means a quiet mind. Lavender opens gently, spearmint adds a candy-like sweet coolness, then tea tree and rosemary settle into a clean, herbal base. A meditation corner or a freshly tidied bedroom is where this scent works best. Put 5 drops in the diffuser, dim the lights, and sit still for a few minutes before doing anything else.

On opening. Spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
