Blend recipes · Fresh air & odor control
Your bedroom needs a reset back to its original clean state. Rosemary opens with a green herbal note, and tea tree and lavender follow, clean green and soft floral. Change the sheets and pillowcases, open the windows, then turn on the diffuser. If you use it at night, flip the ratio: more lavender, less rosemary, to make it easier to fall asleep.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
