Blend recipes · Easy breathing
When everyone at home is sneezing, the house needs one shared scent: two drops each of lemon, peppermint and eucalyptus for a cool freshness, plus one drop each of lime, rosemary and tea tree for extra clean and green. Great for the living room on family TV nights. Use nine drops in a diffuser for a large room; don't run it in a nursery with kids under 6, and air the room out regularly.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon and Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
