TGIF, ladies

3 oils · Citrus · Herbal · code BL-1523

It's Friday, ladies. Four drops of rosemary bring fresh, alert green herbs, three drops of sweet orange are cheerful, and two drops of bergamot are elegant. The scent is full of energy, great for the office on a Friday afternoon, before you head out for some fun. For evening use at home, cut the rosemary to 2 and raise the sweet orange to 4.

How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser
Rosemary 4 · Sweet Orange 3 · Bergamot 2 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.
10 ml roller
Rosemary 2 · Sweet Orange 2 · Bergamot 1 drops, then top up with a carrier oil (jojoba or sweet almond). Dab on wrists and the back of the neck.
50 ml room spray
Rosemary 13 · Sweet Orange 10 · Bergamot 7 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

FAQ

How do I use TGIF, ladies in a diffuser?
Add Rosemary 4 · Sweet Orange 3 · Bergamot 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of rosemary?
Swap rosemary for eucalyptus or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: eucalyptus is strong, cool and wide open.
When is the best time to use TGIF, ladies?
Use it when guests are coming, on weekends, after tidying the house, or whenever you want a little good mood.
