submitting at the buzzer

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Resinous & sweet · code BL-1258

Fifteen minutes to the deadline, and you need something that keeps you alert without the panic. Bergamot and sweet orange bloom first, fresh yet warm; rosemary keeps your focus on track, and a single drop of frankincense settles in so your hands shake a little less. Great for a study desk or a late-night workspace. Start the diffuser as soon as you open the file; in a small, closed room, leave out 1 drop of sweet orange.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use submitting at the buzzer in a diffuser?
Add Bergamot 2 · Rosemary 2 · Sweet Orange 2 · Frankincense 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of bergamot?
Swap bergamot for lemon or lemongrass — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: lemon is fresh, bright and clean.
When is the best time to use submitting at the buzzer?
Best in the morning, early afternoon, or right after a nap; avoid using it close to bedtime.
