Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Anyone with a hoarse voice after fifth period will find this one familiar. Peppermint comes in first, cool and neat; frankincense follows with a bit of warm resin, while thyme holds the finish with a slightly spicy, dry, clean herbal note. A compact blend for the teachers' lounge, the lesson-planning corner or evening grading. Tip: run the diffuser for about 20 minutes over lunch and the afternoon class will feel lighter.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
