Blend recipes · Easy breathing
With the AC running from morning to night, the air turns dry and stale. Tea tree leads, sharp and green, thyme adds a warm, spicy herbal note, and peppermint keeps everything alert. Great for a closed-up office or a bedroom in an apartment building. Run the diffuser for 20 minutes at a time, a few hours apart; for a softer version, use 1 drop less thyme.

On opening. Tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
