steady wins the day

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · Resinous & sweet · code BL-1047

Slow and steady, one step at a time. Lemon, lavender, and eucalyptus radiata get two drops each: fresh tang, gentle herbs, and soft coolness, plus a single drop of frankincense to keep a warm base. Great for a study desk at night when you need to be thorough, not fast. If you want something brighter for the morning, raise lemon to three drops.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use steady wins the day in a diffuser?
Add Lemon 2 · Lavender 2 · Eucalyptus Radiata 2 · Frankincense 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lemon?
Swap lemon for sweet orange or bergamot — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: sweet orange is ripe, sweet, cheerful and round.
When is the best time to use steady wins the day?
Run it at your desk or study corner in cycles of 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off, so your nose does not tune the scent out.
