Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Soft cool eucalyptus radiata, bright lemon, white tea smoothing the edges.
A room with the AC running and the windows shut all day can get stuffy: eucalyptus radiata opens soft and cool, bright lemon freshens the air, and white tea softens things so the scent is never sharp. Great for the office or a bedroom with the AC on all night. Little tip: open the window for five minutes to swap the air, then run the diffuser for about 20 minutes.

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. White tea (light and clean with a floral whisper) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
