Blend recipes · Easy breathing

dry-nose morning

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · Tea · code BL-3055

Softly minty radiata, rosemary, lavender, white tea; easy breathing all morning.

Waking up feeling dry and stuffy? Eucalyptus radiata is softly minty, rosemary is green and tidy, lavender is gentle, and white tea forms the base so mornings feel easier to breathe. Great for a bedroom with AC. Pair it with a humidifier or a glass of water beside the bed, and run the diffuser for about 15 minutes as soon as you wake up.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. White tea (light and clean with a floral whisper); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use dry-nose morning in a diffuser?
Add White Tea 3 · Eucalyptus Radiata 2 · Rosemary 1 · Lavender 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of white tea?
Swap white tea for black tea or green tea — same tea family. The blend will shift a little: black tea is steeped, warm and slightly malty.
When is the best time to use dry-nose morning?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
