Sharp rosemary and lemon, spicy green betel; your brain gets into gear fast.
Studying, not chatting: rosemary and lemon are sharp and tidy, betel leaf is green and spicy, and pine adds a cool forest note, so your mind gets into gear fast. Great for a study desk, a home library or a group study room. Run the diffuser at the start of the session and put your phone in a drawer; in a small room, use one less drop of rosemary.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Betel leaf (green and peppery, a little smoky); pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Betel Leaf can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
