Blend recipes · Fresh air & odor control
A bedroom deserves a soft, gentle scent like this. Lavender spreads a soft floral layer, Roman chamomile adds a mellow sweetness like ripe apples, and rosemary closes with a touch of herbs so the whole thing isn't too sweet. Mix a whole bottle at this ratio, and take 5 drops each night. Turn on the diffuser while you change into pajamas, and switch it off when you get into bed.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
