Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither is your work. Three drops of clary sage give a soft, slightly honeyed herbal scent; bergamot adds tangy citrus, and blue chamomile leaves a warm dry-grass finish, a bit like herbal tea. The scent is calm and patient. Good for your desk while chasing a long-term goal; switch it on each evening as you log your small progress.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried); blue chamomile (deeply herbal, bittersweet and a little smoky) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
