Five essential oils for a mind that needs a restart. Frankincense and lavender build a thick, smooth base, lemon cuts through with freshness, basil adds a green spice, and star anise sprinkles a warm sweetness like home-kitchen spices. Made for days when your head is tired and you need to clear space for new ideas. Star anise stands out, so if you don't love the licorice note, reduce it to one drop.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise); star anise (sweet and warm, reminiscent of pho broth and Tet sweets) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
