Blend recipes · Easy breathing

rainy season stuffy nose

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Minty · code BL-3295

Camphor, eucalyptus and peppermint; your nose opens right up.

Rainy season, and your nose feels blocked: eucalyptus leads, airy and cool, peppermint is minty, lemon is bright, and a drop of camphor adds a cool edge. Breathing in feels open and so much lighter in the middle of the damp days. Great for the bedroom or home office on rainy days. Use 3–4 drops and run it for 15 minutes; do not use in rooms for small children.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); camphor (icy, strong and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Safety

Photosensitizing Skin irritant

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Camphor can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use rainy season stuffy nose in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 3 · Peppermint 1 · Lemon 1 · Camphor 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use rainy season stuffy nose?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
