Blend recipes · Easy breathing
When the deadline is closing in and your nose won't cooperate, you want three drops of cool peppermint, two drops of airy eucalyptus, two drops of lavender to keep your head from tensing up, and one drop of fresh lemon. The scent stays alert and makes long screen hours feel easier to breathe through. Use eight drops in a desk diffuser; rest your eyes for five minutes every hour.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
