Blend recipes · Easy breathing

clear nose, light head

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Minty · Tea · code BL-3232

Lightly minty and cool; one exhale and it all feels open.

Lightly minty and cool, and every exhale feels open: green tea forms a gentle base, with eucalyptus, peppermint and lemon at one drop each. The scent is never harsh, great for the bedroom, a closed office or dry weather days. Run the diffuser for about 15 minutes and sip warm water; it also works when you want a gentle scent for a small room.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Green tea (fresh, a little grassy and clean) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use clear nose, light head in a diffuser?
Add Green Tea 3 · Eucalyptus 1 · Peppermint 1 · Lemon 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of green tea?
Swap green tea for white tea or black tea — same tea family. The blend will shift a little: white tea is light and clean with a floral whisper.
When is the best time to use clear nose, light head?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
