post-gym starfish pose

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · Woody · code BL-0222

Workout done, body sore, sprawled out on the floor. Rosemary and eucalyptus share the opening equally, green, sharp and icy cool; juniper adds fresh conifer, and lavender settles in gently. The scent is invigorating and clean, perfect for a home gym or the living room after a workout. Pair it with 10 minutes of stretching while the diffuser runs.

How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use post-gym starfish pose in a diffuser?
Add Rosemary 3 · Eucalyptus 3 · Juniper 2 · Lavender 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of rosemary?
Swap rosemary for tea tree or clary sage — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: tea tree is green, medicinal and clean.
When is the best time to use post-gym starfish pose?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
