Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Four drops of eucalyptus lead, cool and crisp, three drops of rosemary add sharp green, and two drops of lavender soften it so it's not too harsh. Switch it on and the room feels like the windows were just flung open, the air easier-feeling. Great for mornings or rooms that have been closed up for a while. Nine drops for the diffuser; in the evening, add more lavender and use less rosemary.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
