pink pepper vs. yawns

3 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Warm spice · code BL-1297

The yawns just won't stop, so eucalyptus and pink pepper step in. Eucalyptus feels as open as an early morning breeze, pink pepper is lightly spicy and a bit sweet, and a single drop of lime finishes with green lime peel. This compact blend suits a personal desk or a bedroom that doubles as a study. For rooms under 10m², use the exact amount; for larger rooms, double all three.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); pink pepper (lightly spicy, sparkling and berry-like); lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser
Eucalyptus 2 · Pink Pepper 2 · Lime 1 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

Eucalyptus 2 · Pink Pepper 2 · Lime 1 drops, then top up with a carrier oil (jojoba or sweet almond). Dab on wrists and the back of the neck.
50 ml room spray
Eucalyptus 12 · Pink Pepper 12 · Lime 6 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

FAQ

How do I use pink pepper vs. yawns in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 2 · Pink Pepper 2 · Lime 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use pink pepper vs. yawns?
Best in the morning, early afternoon, or right after a nap; avoid using it close to bedtime.
