pine trail camping

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · Woody · code BL-2620

Citronella opens with bold grass, pine and lemon follow like a cool forest breeze, and lavender closes softly. It recalls late-afternoon hikes along trails under the pines. Take it along on outings, or diffuse it in the living room on days you miss the woods. For a stronger pine character, raise pine to 3 drops.

How it unfolds

On opening. Citronella (strong, green and slightly lemony); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser
Citronella 3 · Pine 2 · Lemon 2 · Lavender 2 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use pine trail camping in a diffuser?
Add Citronella 3 · Pine 2 · Lemon 2 · Lavender 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of citronella?
Swap citronella for rosemary or eucalyptus — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use pine trail camping?
Diffuse it on the balcony, porch or in the bedroom in the evening; keep the window screens shut for best results.
