overthinking: paused

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Woody · Tea · code BL-3014

Lavender soothing your head, sweet mandarin, warm earthy patchouli grounding you.

Turn off overthinking mode: gentle lavender, sweet mandarin, delicate white tea, and one drop of warm, earthy patchouli to bring you back down to earth. Good for the bedroom early in the evening or your desk when your thoughts keep running in circles. Pair it with writing down three things you are worried about, then breathing slowly next to the diffuser.

How it unfolds

On opening. Mandarin (gently sweet, softer than orange) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. White tea (light and clean with a floral whisper); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use overthinking: paused in a diffuser?
Add White Tea 3 · Lavender 2 · Mandarin 2 · Patchouli 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of white tea?
Swap white tea for black tea or green tea — same tea family. The blend will shift a little: black tea is steeped, warm and slightly malty.
When is the best time to use overthinking: paused?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
