one-go homework session

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Minty · code BL-1162

Powering through your work in one go, like someone just switched on all the lights. Four drops of lemon open with a vivid, fresh tang, three drops of peppermint add icy coolness, two drops of sweet orange bring cheerful sweetness, and a single drop of basil leaves a peppery green note. Great for a study desk in the morning or the office at the start of the week. Open the curtains to let the sun in before starting the diffuser for a stronger effect.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use one-go homework session in a diffuser?
Add Lemon 4 · Peppermint 3 · Sweet Orange 2 · Basil 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lemon?
Swap lemon for bergamot or lemongrass — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: bergamot is light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style.
When is the best time to use one-go homework session?
Run it at your desk or study corner in cycles of 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off, so your nose does not tune the scent out.
