nose spa at home

2 oils · Citrus · Herbal · code BL-2165

A spa for your nose, packed into just two scents. Eucalyptus radiata and lemon split evenly: one soft and cool, the other bright like a freshly cut lemon. Great for the bedroom in the morning, your desk or the bathroom. With only two oils, the scent stays very clear; for a softer version, add 1 drop of lavender to the diffuser.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser
Eucalyptus Radiata 5 · Lemon 5 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.
10 ml roller
Eucalyptus Radiata 2 · Lemon 2 drops, then top up with a carrier oil (jojoba or sweet almond). Dab on wrists and the back of the neck.
50 ml room spray
Eucalyptus Radiata 15 · Lemon 15 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use nose spa at home in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus Radiata 5 · Lemon 5 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus radiata?
Swap eucalyptus radiata for rosemary or eucalyptus — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use nose spa at home?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
