Blend recipes · Easy breathing
A basin of warm water, a winter night, and a few drops of this blend. Eucalyptus radiata opens soft and cool, tea tree and lemon add a clean green layer, and thyme holds a warm herbal note at the end. This is a ready-mix ratio; each time, take about 4 drops and mix them with a pinch of salt before adding to the water. Soak for about 15 minutes while you listen to a podcast.

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
