End of the month: long spreadsheets and a report that's due right now. Three drops of lemon open with a tangy freshness that wakes you right up, rosemary and cedarwood add green herbs and solid dry wood, and a single drop of bergamot softens the finish. Great for an accounting or sales office, or a home desk during the last week of the month. Place the diffuser about a meter from your screen so the scent reaches you evenly without being overwhelming.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon and Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
