to-do list: all crossed off

3 oils · Citrus · Herbal · code BL-1137

Crossing off every item on the to-do list feels better than getting a compliment. Three drops of rosemary lead green and sharp, while lemon and bergamot, two drops each, add fresh tang and clean citrus. Perfect for a morning right after you've written your to-do list. Each time you cross something off, take a deep breath near the diffuser as a little reward.

How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser
Rosemary 3 · Lemon 2 · Bergamot 2 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.
10 ml roller
Rosemary 2 · Lemon 1 · Bergamot 1 drops, then top up with a carrier oil (jojoba or sweet almond). Dab on wrists and the back of the neck.
50 ml room spray
Rosemary 13 · Lemon 9 · Bergamot 9 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon and Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use to-do list: all crossed off in a diffuser?
Add Rosemary 3 · Lemon 2 · Bergamot 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of rosemary?
Swap rosemary for eucalyptus or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: eucalyptus is strong, cool and wide open.
When is the best time to use to-do list: all crossed off?
Run it at your desk or study corner in cycles of 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off, so your nose does not tune the scent out.
