Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Going back to the countryside right as the monsoon wind blows in, with wood fires and the smell of cinnamon. Eucalyptus, lemon and cinnamon share one drop each: clear and cool, bright and fresh, warm and sweet-spicy. A tiny recipe for a mini diffuser. For more warmth in deep cold, add 1 drop of cinnamon; for more freshness, add lemon.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
