A massage for lazy people: lie still and let the scent do everything. Three drops of lavender make a soft floral base, lemon adds fresh peel, and geranium and coriander add one drop each, green rose blending with a sweet spice and a hint of lemon. Good for evenings on the sofa. Turn on the diffuser and gently roll a massage roller over your calves for a few minutes to feel the difference.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced); coriander (warm and seedy, lightly sweet, with a whisper of spice) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
