Steam rises and elegant bergamot drifts with it, followed by thyme's warm, dry herbs. A clean, relaxing scent for the bathroom on cold evenings, when you let yourself stand under the hot water a little longer than usual. Run the diffuser just outside the bathroom with the door open so the steam carries the scent inside; for a gentler version, cut thyme to 1 drop.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
