A hundred battles and still smiling, because you know how to recharge. Three drops of thyme give warm, spicy dried leaf, the same amount of bergamot adds bright, slightly tea-like peel, and a single drop of ylang-ylang sprinkles in a little sweet flower. Good for your desk after a tense meeting. Thyme is fairly strong, so in a small room cut it to two drops for a more balanced, pleasant scent.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
