light zen at noon

3 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0572

Noon: fifteen minutes with your eyes closed to recharge. Clary sage takes the biggest share, giving a soft, slightly honeyed herbal scent like leaves drying in the sun; frankincense adds a warm resin layer, and lemon sprinkles on a little crisp freshness so you don't sleep too deeply. It's a big batch; each time you need only 5 drops of the mix. Place the diffuser near your nap chair and set a 20-minute timer.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use light zen at noon in a diffuser?
Add Clary Sage 4 · Frankincense 2 · Lemon 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of clary sage?
Swap clary sage for rosemary or eucalyptus — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use light zen at noon?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
