Blend recipes · Easy breathing
A light head, an open nose, and drifting off comes easy. Lavender and lemon stand side by side, one soft and floral, the other fresh and bright, while eucalyptus underneath keeps each breath clear and cool. This is a ready-mix batch for about a week; each night, use 5 drops in the bedroom diffuser. If lemon keeps you awake, reduce it to 6 drops when mixing.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
