Blend recipes · Easy breathing
A whole week of sticky humidity, damp floors, clammy pillows. Lavender and eucalyptus share the main layer, soft and cool, rosemary adds a dry herbal note, and lemon keeps it fresh and bright. Great for the bedroom and the wardrobe in humid season. Turn on the diffuser once the dehumidifier has been running, and don't leave a mist diffuser going nonstop, since it adds more moisture to the room.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
