Freshly washed hair still smelling of herbs, a fan softly whirring. Three drops of rosemary lead with cool green leaf, lavender adds clean flowers, and cedarwood and thyme line it with dry wood and a bit of warm dried-leaf spice. Good for the evening after washing your hair and drying it in your room. Turn on the diffuser in the bedroom when you start blow-drying; by the time you finish, the scent is evenly spread.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
