Bergamot and cinnamon sit equally, elegant citrus meeting warm spice like roasted pumpkin skin; pine and lavender, a drop each, add cool and soft notes. Coming home late after a costume party, this scent helps the bedroom feel calmer. Start the diffuser as you take off your makeup; for easier sleep, add 1 drop of lavender.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm); pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
