happy hour at home

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · code BL-0230

No need to go out; a glass of juice and some easy music are fun enough. Lavender, ylang-ylang and sweet orange share equal drops: clean herbs, sweet yellow flowers and juicy ripe fruit, while one drop of palmarosa adds a fresh, green-rose note. The scent is cheerful and vibrant, perfect for the living room on a weekend afternoon. Start the diffuser as you begin mixing drinks, and it'll smell just right when your friends arrive.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral); palmarosa (sweet and grassy with a rosy note) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use happy hour at home in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 2 · Ylang Ylang 2 · Sweet Orange 2 · Palmarosa 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or Roman chamomile — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use happy hour at home?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
