Myrrh goes first with a deep, resinous note, and bergamot and sweet orange follow, elegant and sweetly fresh, like a goodnight text arriving at midnight. Good for the bedroom on cold evenings spent scrolling in bed under the covers. Start the diffuser 20 minutes before sleep; for a fresher version, add 1 drop of sweet orange.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. Myrrh (bittersweet, resinous, deep and classic) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
