Roman chamomile opens soft with a light dried-apple note, lemongrass and tea tree add fresh cleanliness, and peppermint creates a cool breeze like a slowly turning fan. Great for a bedroom on summer nights, especially when you don't want to turn on the AC. Place the diffuser in front of the fan and set it on a low speed so the scent spreads gently around the room.

On opening. Lemongrass (fresh, green and clean); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
