Blend recipes · Easy breathing
The drizzle drags on, and the shut-up room starts to smell damp. Lavender leads gently, eucalyptus opens clear and cool, and rosemary, thyme and fennel build a dry herbal layer that's a little spicy-sweet. This is a ready-mix batch; use 6 drops each time. Run the diffuser at midday, when the air is driest, so the scent spreads better.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice); fennel (sweet and herbal with a little anise) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
