Blend recipes · Easy breathing
When the air turns muggy and damp, this blend is right on trend. Thyme, frankincense and lemon split equally: dry, spicy herbs, deep warm resin and bright lemon peel, adding up to something crisp and comfortable. Great for a ground-floor bedroom or an office where the AC runs in dry mode. Run the diffuser in the morning when you first open the door, and avoid running it all day so the scent stays fresh.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
