Cycling around the lake with the wind in your face. Three drops of lemon are fresh and bright, rosemary and bergamot, two drops each, bring green herbs and elegant citrus, and one drop of basil adds spicy-sweet leaves. The scent is fresh and sporty, great for the living room or the car on a weekend morning. For a cooler feel like the lake breeze, add 1 drop of spearmint.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon and Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
